Mission

My mission, as your therapist, is to provide a safe and welcoming environment in order to meet your mental health and wellness needs and goals. As a fellow traveler through the ups and downs of everyday life, I’ll provide support as we embark on a journey of insight and self-discovery. I specialize in a number of different therapeutic topics including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Trauma

  • Anger Management

  • At-risk Behaviors

  • LGBT Issues

  • Adolescent and Young Adults

Therapeutic Goals

Dealing with your past while trying to find meaning and purpose in the present and planning for the future can create stress and anxiety. When these stresses and anxieties go unresolved mental well-being can be at-risk, effecting mood, relationships, and even physical well-being. The therapeutic goals of Counseling are to build an AUTHENTIC relationship that is COLLABORATIVE and INNOVATIVE to ultimately reach psychological HEALING.

Authentic relationships are built on values of honesty, trust, and acceptance.

Together, through a client-centered approach, we will work to develop individual goals that support your personal mental-health and wellness.

Thinking outside the box can be a very helpful tool on the path to healing. Each individual’s path is unique an so is their treatment. I hope to provide creative approaches to overcoming your current circumstance.

The ultimate goal of therapy is to resolve and reconcile one’s current circumstance. As a fellow traveler through the ups and downs of everyday life, I’ll provide support as we embark on a journey of insight, self-discovery, and healing.
